Referral role
Spokane Cleaning Link is an independent referral website operated by Ante Upward. It does not perform cleaning, employ the referred provider, set provider prices, or enter cleaning contracts on a provider’s behalf.
Independent provider
Spo-Clean LLC is an independent business responsible for its own availability, communications, quotes, pricing, employees, methods, scheduling, customer agreements, and services.
No guarantee
Submitting a request does not guarantee contact, availability, a walkthrough, a quote, acceptance of work, a particular price, or a particular service result.
Accurate requests
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to submit requests only for legitimate service needs. Spam, solicitation, fraudulent, duplicate, residential, restaurant, or unsupported requests may be rejected.
Service decisions
Spo-Clean independently decides whether to evaluate, quote, accept, or decline an opportunity. Any service agreement is solely between the customer and Spo-Clean LLC.
Website availability
The website and referral process may be changed, paused, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, search ranking, or availability.
