When you request an estimate, Spokane Cleaning Link may collect your name, business or organization, role, phone number, email address, facility city and ZIP code, optional street address, facility and service details, desired timing, and any optional information you provide.
How we use it
We use the information to assess and route your cleaning request, communicate about the request, measure pilot performance, prevent fraud or misuse, and maintain necessary business records.
Who receives it
During this pilot, appropriate estimate requests are shared with Spo-Clean LLC, an independent local cleaning provider. Spo-Clean may use the information only to respond to and fulfill your cleaning inquiry.
What we do not collect
The website does not request payment-card, Social Security, medical, or financial-account information. Do not submit sensitive information in the optional details field.
Marketing
Submitting an estimate request does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Your consent applies to contact about the specific request you submitted.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people who need the information for the referral and pilot. Records may be retained as reasonably necessary for measurement, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations.
Your choices
